Hampton Gardens Pasig – best buy in Pasig!

I was looking for a condominium for a client who wants to have a unit that is near Ortigas Center, where her daughter is in one of the call centers there, and at the same time she wanted to have an easy on the pocket payment terms. As I looked around the area I found the right and perfect project called Hampton Gardens. The project is a combination of units that are ready for occupancy and at the same time those that are still ready for turn-over. Here are some shots I took there:

This is the picture of the swimming pool area which the homeowners can use. The swimming pool is clean and very well maintained. If they hire a professional management company then resale of units here would always be high.

This shows the first phase of Hampton Gardens where the buildings have been there since the 90s. Since the ongoing expansion is located at the back, you will never know that such a bargain exists! This is definitely the best value for money in Pasig

Inside the Community

There are roving guards and the streets are clean. The neighborhood is safe.

If you are at C5 coming from the South, the site may be accessed by turning right when in front of SM Hypermart/Tiendesitas (700m away). The street is called Eagle Street. Go straight, pass the bridge then turn right at the end. This is Sixto Avenue. There’s a gate at the left side of the street which is CLOSED at the moment but will be opened later on. You have to turn left at the next street then turn left at C. Raymundo where Hampton Gardens gate will be seen at the left side.
